The natural capital includes a wide array of resources (e.g., water, materials, energy) upon which economic prosperity depends. These resources or ecosystem services are not infinite and can be depleted, therefore incurring important risks to businesses and society in general. The mitigation of such risks can result in opportunities via actions that benefit ecosystems, and, at the same time, result in positive outcomes for businesses and people. The financial risks and opportunities related to the availability of ecosystem services are currently not well understood.

We design projects to address the above question and other sustainability risks and challenges. Such projects provide sustainability training opportunities for those who are interested in gaining new competencies and practical experience tackling sustainability issues. The sustainability internship is suitable for graduates with a master’s or PhD degree. Student applicants can start their sustainability internship only after graduation. No prior experience is required. Sustainability internship applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
