We are Knowledge for Sustainability, a brand of Grace Diensten SRL. We have introduced ourselves in our Legal notices and Who we are pages. We are glad we provided relevant information about ourselves because we want you to know who you are engaging with. We believe that introducing ourselves is a way of showing respect to you.

We would also like to know who is talking to us. For this reason, we ask that you provide some information about yourself when you contact us for the first time. Your first and last name, email address, and phone number are required because this is the most basic information we will need when replying to you.

We may also receive information about you during our business interactions with you (for example, through post correspondence, phone communication, emailing, and the like), when you apply for a job with us and send us your cover letter and CV, or from third parties (for example, our clients for whom you currently work or have previously worked, other professionals, etc.).

We may use your email address to send you our newsletters or information about our promotions, but if you do not wish to receive such emails, please email us at privacy@knowledgeforsustainability.com. Also use this email address if you would like to modify information you previously shared with us.

You also have the right to require a report of how your personal information is processed by us. You may ask us whether your data were used. In case of use, you may request details regarding the purposes for which your data were used and a copy of processed data.

We will use your information for legitimate purposes. For instance, we may use it to ease our business communications with you and to meet our contractual obligations to you. We will also use your information internally to evaluate our business performance and make necessary improvements (for example, to enhance the quality of our services, our client relationships, our marketing, and our website). Our overarching goal in processing your information is to just strive for excellence by tailoring our services and business interactions to the needs of our clients in order to bring them great satisfaction. We believe that by helping our clients thrive, we too will thrive.

The personal information you submit to Knowledge for Sustainability can also be shared with other brands of Grace Diensten SRL given that these brands may provide additional support for the services we offer to clients. If we are contacted by another company or a non-profit organization and asked to share information about you, your consent will be required, and you will decide whether or not your information can be shared. We will also take all necessary steps to prevent unauthorized access to your information.

We use a combination of many measures to protect data including, storing information on secure servers, using reliable website security technologies, and ensuring that during business interactions our staff or stakeholders treat your personal information as confidential and only have access to limited, strictly necessary information about you.  

Your information will be kept until you unsubscribe to our communications and indicate that you no longer wish to receive our newsletter or updates about our promotional offers. We will keep your information for no longer than necessary. However, you may contact us at any time at privacy@knowledgeforsustainability.com to impose limits on the use of your personal data or request the deletion of all your personal information from our databases in accordance with legal provisions.  

In any case, information about you will be handled in compliance with the data privacy law of Belgium. You may read that law to get information about regulation related to personal data protection.
